Ronda Rousey Says She Can’t Say Enough Great Things About Her Genuine Friend Stephanie McMahon

Ronda Rousey had this to say about her former foe.

In the first couple of months into her WWE career, Ronda Rousey was involved in a feud alongside Kurt Angle against Triple H and his wife, Stephanie McMahon in the build up to WrestleMania 34.

During a conversation about her new book ‘Our Fight’, this is what Rousey had to say to KTLA about her feud and friendship with Stephanie.

“She’s just a genuine friend. From the very beginning. We were supposed to be enemies in the ring, but you’re usually the closest with the person that you’re feuding with. We were the ones beating each other up every week, and she was the one guiding me through so much and teaching me about the intricacies of the industry. She was a guide to me when I had no idea what I was doing. I’m always grateful to her. I couldn’t say enough great things about her,” 

Rousey and Angle went on to defeat Triple H and Stephanie at WrestleMania 34 in what was one of the best matches of the night.
