TNA Digital Media Title
-Crazzy Steve (c) vs Laredo Kid
Steve wins by DQ when Laredo Kid attacks Steve in the corner, and then shoved the referee when he tried to break it up.
We go backstage to Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, and Kushida talking. Shelley apologizes to both men and says he tried to do things on his own and it didn’t work out the way he planned.
Sabin says sometimes brothers fight but they’re all good now.
-First Class (AJ Francis & Rich Swann) vs ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey)
First Class pick up the victory after Chris Bey attempts an Art of Finnesse but is met with a neck breaker from Rich Swann. AJ Francis grabs Ace’s foot from the outside and Swann rolls him up for the victory.
AJ Francis and Swann are celebrating in the ring when Joe Hendry makes his way out. He says he wanted Swann to explain himself a few weeks ago after turning on him. Hendry gets the crowd chanting “Uncle Phil” at AJ Francis.
Joe Hendry will officially take on Rich Swann at Rebellion. Swann will have AJ Francis in his corner.
Santino Marella is walking around backstage when he’s greeted by George Iceman and Ash By Elegance. Iceman says that Steph De Lander was a replacement for Ash, so technically this she be her title shot at Rebellion. Ash says she’s ready to sign her contract and take her place in the match. Santino says that’s not how it’s going to work and walks away.
We get a look at the brand new TNA Wrestling action figures, brought to us by PowerTown Wrestling.
Mustafa Ali is backstage with the Grizzled Young Veterans complaining about how Santino Marella is going to let Jake Something compete for the X Division Title at Rebellion, despite his size. Mustafa says it’s a problem for all of them. Jake walks up and says the match is happening anyway.
Contract Signing — Jordynne Grace & Steph De Lander (w/Matt Cardona)
Director of Authority Santino Marella is out to oversee the contract signing.
Grace runs down all of her accolades, as does Steph. Steph says maybe Grace has too much on her plate with the body building, the Royal Rumble, and everything else she has going on.
Both competitors sign the contract. They shake hands. Grace doesn’t let go, so Steph headbutts Grace. Grace jumps over the table and jumps on Steph in the corner. Matt Cardona pulls Grace off of Steph, but when he does gets elbowed in the face by Grace and when he falls back he takes out Santino at the same time. Steph picks Grace up, but Grace gets out of the hold and pops her in the face. Steph doubled over and Grace pulls Steph under her legs. Cardona comes back into the ring and hits Grace in the back. Steph lifts Grace up and nails her with a Chokeslam through the table. Steph grabs the Knockouts World Title belt and holds it up high.
Backstage, Masha Slamovich is talking Russian into the camera again when she’s interrupted by Alisha, Eddie Edwards, and Brian Myers. Alisha asks Masha for her answer about teaming up with her and joining The System.
Eddie says that Masha has a guaranteed title shot and that her and Alisha can become champions. Masha speaks in Russian again and then walks away as the three are baffled about what she said.
We see another part of the Jonathan Gresham series of videos. Gresham says that he has 3 masks. One that everybody sees, one that some people see, and one that he can’t show anybody.
-Trent Seven vs Moose
Moose wins with a SPEAR.
Post-match, Bailey gets into the ring to protect Trent Seven from The System. The start beating down Bailey as well. Kushida and the Motor City Machine Guns are out to beat up The System.
Backstage, The System comes back complaining to Santino that the Motor City Machine Guns got involved In their business. The System say they’ll take out the Machine Guns themselves. Santino says that’s good and the titles will be on the line next week. Bailey and Trent walk up. Santino says they’ll get the winners of that Tag Title match at Rebellion.
-Jake Something vs James Drake
Jake wins with INTO THE VOID.
Zack Gibson got involved from the outside until Deaner came out and neutralized him.
Post-match, Mustafa Ali brings out a group of protesters. Jake bounces off the ropes and flips over into the group, knocking them all down. Ali tried to run away but Jake grabs him and rolls him back into the ring. Ali tried to nail Jake with the X division title belt, but Jake ducked. Jake grabs Ali and put him between his legs. Jake lifts Ali up in a powebomb attempt, but the Grizzled Young Veterans grab Ali in the air and are going after Jake. Deaner tried to get involved but gets taken out. GYV lift Jake up and hold him in place so Ali can hit him with the title belt. Ali stands tall with GYV next to him, holding up his title belt.
Monsters Ball Match
-Kon vs PCO
PCO chokeslams Kon onto a pile of thumb tacks. He pulls out a bag and dumps more on Kon before going to the top rope and landing a PCOsault for the pinfall victory.
