Maclin Re-Signs With TNA, Santana, Sami Callihan, & “Broken” Matt Hardy All Return To The Company
Earlier tonight during the TNA Rebellion PPV, Steve Maclin made his way out with a piece of paper in his hand and comes out to the ring. Maclin says he has a brand new contract in his hands that he signed this morning, but he wants a match out here tonight.
Director of Authority Santino Marella makes his way out and says he’s got a match for him with a new superstar who’s also just signed.
Former LAX member Mike Santana appears in the crowd and eventually makes his way out to the ring.
Santana and Maclin proceed to beat the crap out of each other, with Santana landing the STP and picking up the victory.
Backstage, Santana says he’s back and he’s coming for everybody’s spot on the roster.
Sami Callihan returned during the TNA Knockouts World Title match between Jordynne Grace and Steph De Lander (SDL).
SDL had purchased the services of the Good Hands with Matt Cardona not available to accompany her to the ring. The Good Hands and Kon were in the ring with Grace and Kon was about to snap her neck when the lights went out. They came back on and Sami Callihan was standing in the corner of the ring with a baseball bat. Sami quickly turned the tables, clearing the ring. Sami pointed to SDL on the outside, who tried to climb over the barricade. Sami grabbed SDL and rolled her back into the ring to Jordynne Grace, who was waiting. Grace nailed SDL with a Juggernaut Driver and won the match.
At the end of the TNA World Title match, Moose was standing in the ring and the rest of The System made their way out from the back. Suddenly, the LIGHTS OUT video plays as the lights go out and it stays dark. A creepy but familiar laugh can be heard from the ring. When the lights go on, “Broken” Matt Hardy is standing inside the ring right behind Moose. Moose turns around to strike Hardy, Hardy kicks Moose in the gut and nails him with a Twist of Fate. Hardy picks up the World Title belt and holds it up in the air as the show ends.
What any of these stars have In store for us is unknown as nothing has been announced for them, but Bodyslam will keep updating as we get more information.
