Tony Khan Expects Next Media Rights Deal To Include Archive Library For AEW Content
Tony Khan wants AEW’s library to live forever.
Fans have been expecting a streaming service to make its way to AEW’s library ever since its inception and now with AEW booming better than before, the time for that library could be near.
During the AEW Dynasty media call, this is what Tony Khan had to say about fans expecting a library for AEW’s content.
“An archive library and a place to put streaming events is a really interesting idea and certainly something that has existed in wrestling and wrestling fans are able to watch a lot of events on streaming and AEW events should be up there. It’s something that I expect to happen in our next media rights deal. We’re in an exclusive window right now talking to Warner Brothers Discovery, which is amazing and has been a great time.”
In the main event of AEW Dynasty, Samoa Joe will defend the AEW World Championship against Swerve Strickland in a singles match.
