Backstage Production Notes From WWE NXT 4/30 Episode
On the April 30 episode of WWE NXT, the match between Natalya and Lola Vice was so impressive that they received a standing ovation as they returned backstage, according to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select. In other WWE news, CM Punk was not listed on the internal rundowns for WWE Raw, despite being advertised locally for the show.
Braun Strowman, who was backstage all day, received a warm welcome from many fellow wrestlers. Some talent revealed they only found out about their new brands a few days before Monday’s Raw. Chelsea Green’s appearance at NXT was brief; she was brought in quickly to perform her segment, Sean Ross Sapp reports. Interestingly, Michin was kept under wraps and listed internally as “Alundra Blayze” on NXT rundowns, according to Corey Brennan.
