Grayson Waller Says He Doesn’t Want To See The WWE Bring WrestleMania To The UK
Grayson Waller wants proper places to have WrestleMania.
In 2023, Grayson Waller was surprised at the Money in the Bank PLE event by an appearance by the ‘Greatest of All-Time’ John Cena who would go on to lobby for a WrestleMania to be held in the UK.
While speaking with Bodyslam.net’s own Mark O’Brien, this is what Waller had to boldly say about the idea of the UK being able to get their first WrestleMania event there. You can read it below.
“Yeah, I think I’ve made my thoughts very clear about what I think about England, and especially as an Australian, I guess being Irish is kind of similar. Like, I’m not a fan, and I think that guy was just doing everything he can to get re-elected. You know, that’s a pretty cool thing. Hey, I’m going to bring WrestleMania to London, but I think he’s very similar to John Cena. Sometimes they just say things. We’re not going there. We’re going to proper places where the wrestlers actually want to be.”
Waller and his tag team partner Austin Theory won the WWE Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 40 in a six-pack ladder match that also featured the WWE World Tag Team Championships which The Miz and R-Truth won.
