Police Body Camera Footage Of Liv Morgan’s Possession Arrest Released
Liv Morgan, a beloved WWE Superstar, faced a serious situation when she was arrested for possession of marijuana. The incident is now behind her, but new footage has surfaced.
Morgan was taken into custody in Sumter County, Florida, following a traffic stop. She was charged with possession of marijuana (not exceeding 20 grams) and potential possession of synthetic cannabinoids. The arrest occurred at 6:30 PM the previous evening after a sheriff’s deputy noticed her yellow jeep crossing the lines of a County Road. The 29-year-old WWE Superstar spent only a short time behind bars.
Months after the incident, the YouTube channel Law and Crime released body cam footage of Morgan’s arrest from December 2023. The video shows the sheriff stopping Morgan after observing her driving erratically while trying to reach a crash site. The crash site itself is not shown in the footage.
In the video, Liv is seen calling her mother and explaining the situation. She claims that the vape found in the car is not hers. The officer questions her about smoking marijuana after detecting its odor. Morgan denies using it but admits to having it in her car. Another part of the video shows the officer searching the car, going through her diary.
The footage provides a detailed look at the arrest that had fans concerned. Morgan posted bail and was released at 10:04 PM that night. Now, she is preparing for a WWE Women’s World Title opportunity against Becky Lynch at WWE King and Queen of the Ring in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in two weeks.
Liv Morgan posted bail and was released at 10:04 PM that night. She later had the charges dropped, and her return from injury went down as planned at the 2024 Royal Rumble event. She is currently engaged in a title program for King & Queen of the Ring as well.
This arrest hiccup did not damage Liv Morgan’s standing in WWE. If anything, it only gained her more respect from fans. You can check out the clip below to see the whole video.
