Nick Wayne Says One Of His Biggest Goals Is To Be In A Main Event In The Tokyo Dome

Nick Wayne wants to be remembered as the best who ever did it.

Before signing with All Elite Wrestling, Nick Wayne was touted around the globe as one of the biggest prodigies that pro wrestling has seen in a minute. Now with his alliance alongside his mother, Killswitch, and Christian Cage in the Patriarchy. He has been able to grow and perfect his craft with a leader who is one of the greatest Canadian wrestlers of all time.

During an interview with KIRO 7 News, Nick Wayne spoke about his goals in pro wrestling and what he wants to be remembered for.

“Biggest goal of all time, I want to be the best to ever do it or one of the best to ever do it. I want to make a really big scene on the Junior heavyweight scene, one day shoot up to heavyweight, and then become one of the best to do it. I want to main-event the Tokyo Dome in Japan. That’s a really big one for me. I want to win all the championships, I want to win the tournaments. I want to be as successful as possible so when one day, people look back at my career, they can look back at a historic career and look up to me and want to do the things I did, just like I’m doing with past wrestlers. I look at the things they’ve done and the achievements they’ve had. I say, I want to do what they did, I want people to look at me the same in these next coming generations,” Wayne said.

Wayne competed on the week of AEW’s Double or Nothing PPV event where he lost to the current AEW World Champion and bitter rival, Swerve Strickland. Christian Cage would go on to also lose to Strickland at Double or Nothing on May 26.
