Exclusive: Hikuleo Officially Wraps Up Time With NJPW, Expected To Be Headed To WWE
It was reported earlier this year that NJPW Star Hikuleo’s contract was set to expire sometime this year, and after last night’s NJPW Dominion event led many to believe he had finished up with the company.
I can now confirm that is indeed the case, as Hikuleo’s final date with NJPW was June 9th, 2024 at Dominion. After speaking to sources within the company it also is believed that he is headed to WWE to presumably join his family in the current Bloodline story.
It is not known how soon we can expect to see Hikuleo appear on WWE TV, as we have still yet to see the official debut of Jacob Fatu, who is also expected to be part of the Bloodline storyline.
Hikuleo is the younger brother of current WWE Superstar Tama Tonga, and is the son of WWE Legend Haku, or Meng as he was known in WCW.
We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about Hikuleo’s contract status after finishing up with NJPW and presumed to be headed to WWE.
