Ricochet is reportedly done with the WWE.
According to Fightful Select, tonight will be the final appearance of Ricochet in the WWE on the June 10 edition of Monday Night Raw.
PWInsider reported that the former Intercontinental Champion gave notice this past weekend that he would not be re-signing with the WWE, but instead allow his contract to expire to become a free agent this summer.
The rumor that his deal was allegedly “Up in the air” was also revealed to be incorrect, numerous sources told Fightful.
The ring name ‘Ricochet’ has always been owned by him and he will most likely continue to use it on the Independent Scene or wherever he may end up if he does choose to sign with a major promotion after he departs from the WWE.
Ricochet signed with the WWE in 2017, he would go on to compete under the NXT brand where he won the North American Championship before moving up to the main roster where he would go on to win the United States Championship, the Intercontinental title, and recently the WWE Speed Championship which he lost to Andrade on tape delay that’ll air on June 14.
