The main event for the upcoming United Japan Pro-Wrestling ALL TOGETHER SAPPORI EVENT on June 15th will see New Japan Pro-Wrestling superstar Tetsuya Naito face off against Pro Wrestling NOAH top star Jake Lee.
If it was up to long time NOAH superstar KENOH, he would be taking the place of Lee in the match with Naito at ALL TOGETHER SAPPORO. KENOH feels Lee’s recent actions have not been in the best interest of NOAH. In addition, KENOH has called the current Lee/Naito rivalry as “not interesting”.
KENOH spoke with Tokyo Sports and had these comments concerning the Lee/Naito match at ALL TOGETHER SAPPORO:
Your (Jake Lee) actions alone have dwindled the heat of NOAH’s fights, haven’t they? Have your (Lee) actions been in the interest of NOAH? And are you GLG or War Dogs? Which one are you? It hasn’t been a rivalry since the pre matches, and it’s not interesting at all. Even when I watched the matches, I felt that he was being reserved towards New Japan. So, for the past two or three matches, he hasn’t been fighting in the ring in a rivalry match, and he seems like he’s not really here. As main eventers, neither of them seem to be trying to put on a match that will give energy and courage to the whole of Japan. That’s why I feel frustrated! “I want the card to be changed now so that Tetsuya and I can put on a more energizing match.

KENOH is scheduled to team with Kaito Kiyomiya and Alejandro as they face Gabe Kidd, David Finlay & YO-HEY at ALL TOGETHER SAPPORO.
While the odds are against KENOH replacing Lee in the main event on June 15th, a future singles match between KENOH and Naito would definitely garner a lot of attention.
