At AEW’s Double or Nothing 2024 PPV, MJF made his long-awaited return to confront and attack his former best friend Adam Cole before making a statement to everyone watching that he wasn’t going anywhere and that AEW was his home.
“Look, it was a very easy decision for me, mainly because, Tony, is paying me an exorbitant amount of money. But outside of that, I also, I believe in AEW. I believe that it’s where the best wrestle. I believe that we have some of the most top-tier elite talent you get to see in the world today.” MJF said to Fox 5 New York.
MJF is set to compete at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door against CMLL’s Hechicero in a one-on-one match.
