The Undertaker wants to see a different side to Cody Rhodes.
Since making his return to the WWE at WrestleMania 38. Cody Rhodes has been the biggest babyface for the WWE since the days of John Cena. Since then, he has feuded with just about every single heel there is and he exacted revenge on Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL to become Undisputed WWE Champion in front of a sold-out Philadelphia crowd and his family and friends surrounding him.
However, during an interview with Chris Van Vliet, The Undertaker spoke about how he believes that despite Rhodes’s run as a face has been perfect, he feels the heel run will make Rhodes even better.
“He’s doing a phenomenal job, and again, I think he’s gonna have a tremendous run as a baby face. But, I think his bigger run will be as a heel. There’s just something about Cody with me that I envision a heel. It’s down the road because right now, he’s killing it as a baby face, his promos are on point, and he’s fighting all the people he’s supposed to be. He’s almost an anti-Roman, things will be very interesting when Roman comes back.”
Rhodes is set to team with Randy Orton and Kevin Owens to take on the Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa at Money In The Bank in Toronto.
