Mina Shirakawa names her dream match.
STARDOM’s Mina Shirakawa has been on AEW TV for the last month and has made the most of her experience and time with the company. She competed at AEW x NJPW’s Forbidden Door event where Shirakawa challenged Toni Storm for the AEW Women’s Championship, but Shirakawa has a dream match she wants to achieve soon in her career.
When asked about Mercedes Mone, Shirakawa said this about the current TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s Champion.
“I have never wrestled her, but we have known each other for five years. When she came to Japan, we went out together. I want to wrestle with her. She is a superstar and very kind to me. I respect her. I love her. I would like to wrestle her. That is my new dream match,” Shirakawa said to Righteous Reg and Phil Lindsey on the Grapsody Podcast
Shirakawa lost at Forbidden Door to Storm for the AEW Women’s Championship, but she still walked away with the respect of Storm and the hand of Mariah May.
