Shortly after PWInsider posted an update on Kingston following surgery this morning. Kingston relayed that he has been advised that he will initially have to wait for the fracture in his leg to heal, and will need to undergo some physical therapy before surgeons are able to focus on his knee.
Kingston was previously scheduled to undergo surgery yesterday, but it was pushed back to this morning instead. Kingston was also advised that it will likely be 10 months before he is able to return to the ring, which barring any unexpected changes would set the timetable for his return around May 2025.
We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about Eddie Kingston’s injury status or timetable for his return to active competition.
