WrestleCade To Air PBS Jim Crockett Documentary “When Giants Walked Here” On Big Screen With Q&A Panel Featuring Creators And Stars
The PBS documentary “When Giants Walked Here” premieres on August 8th 2024 on PBS North Carolina.

“Dorton (Arena) was a real magical place.” On August 8th, 2024, PBS North Carolina will premiere a new documentary titled ‘When Giants Walked Here,’ chronicling the rise and fall of Jim Crockett Promotions and professional wrestling at Dorton Arena in Raleigh, NC. The film outlines the legacies formed and remembered inside of those hallowed walls.”
But that isn’t the only place wrestling fans will be able to see the documentary.
The biggest wrestling convention of the year is bringing one of the most anticipated documentaries to the big screen. Plus a special panel following the viewing featuring the creators and stars of “When Giants Walked Here.”
This year’s WrestleCade takes place November 29th through December 1st, 2024 from the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
