Donovan Dijak Hopes To Run It Back With Keith Lee, Says He’s Open To Them Being The Main Event On A PPV

Donovan Dijak wants Keith Lee soon.

Keith Lee and Donovan Dijak have had a ton of classic matches against each other, to the point where Dijak was sick and tired of running it back with Lee, that is until now with Dijak being a free agent, he’s open to stepping back into the ring with the former NXT Champion.

During an interview with SP3 on Tru Heel Heat Wrestling, Dijak spoke about Lee, noting that he’d love to face him in the main event of a future PPV wherever that may be.

“There’s guys that I’ve wrestled before that I haven’t wrestled in seven years, I want to wrestle them again. There’s guys that I’ve never wrestled that I’d love to. I just the experience, and I love that I’m in a position now where it feels like I can do more of that than when I was with WWE. The reality with WWE is, you wrestle a lot of the same guys over and over and over again [laughs]. That’s just kind of the way that it boils down. There was a point in my career where Keith [Lee] and I were sick of wrestling each other. Now, we’re at the point where it’s like, we should probably main-event a pay-per-view with this in some capacity [laughs], so hopefully that happens, wherever that might happen,” Dijak said.

Dijak also spoke earlier this year about how he made it known to Tony Khan about his interest in All Elite Wrestling, the same company that Lee is currently signed to.
