Exclusive: Reuniting the Rascals – Myron Reed on Brotherhood and Success

In the high-octane world of professional wrestling, few groups have captured the essence of brotherhood and success like the Rascals. Myron Reed, affectionately known as “The Young Goat,” recently opened up about the unique bond he shares with his fellow Rascals, his journey in the wrestling industry, and how their shared passion has driven their collective and individual successes.

The Rascals, a dynamic group known for their electrifying performances and undeniable chemistry, were formed from a shared passion for wrestling. Reed recalls, “We all became really close because we shared the same bond and passion.” Living together in a wrestling house, they trained, traveled, and wrestled together, fostering a brotherhood that transcended the ring.

Being the youngest member, Reed found himself with a trio of big brothers in the wrestling world. “I’m the youngest Rascal, so they were all big brothers to me,” he said. This familial bond not only helped him grow as a wrestler but also shaped his career path, pushing him to strive for excellence and carve out his own identity in the wrestling world.

The success of the Rascals is a testament to their hard work and unity. Reed speaks fondly of their time together, “We pretty much did everything together on the road wrestling together. Most of the shows were only wrestling each other on the same team.” This unity culminated in multiple tag team championships and memorable matches that left a lasting impact on the independent wrestling scene.

Individual Journeys:

While the Rascals achieved significant success as a unit, Reed eventually decided to pursue his own path, opting to join MLW. “I want to be my own man. I want to go somewhere and shine myself and see if I can do it without the help of my brothers,” he stated. This decision marked a pivotal moment in his career, allowing him to establish himself as a formidable solo competitor.

Despite their individual journeys, the bond between the Rascals remained strong. Reed’s return to TNA to reunite with his brothers was a moment of joy and nostalgia. “I was just really excited to get the team with my brothers again,” he expressed. Their reunion was met with enthusiasm from fans who had followed their journey from the beginning.

As Reed continues to make waves in the wrestling industry, his bond with the Rascals remains a cornerstone of his career. Their shared history and mutual support continue to inspire him as he navigates new challenges and opportunities. “If they need me, they’ll call me,” Reed says, confident in the enduring strength of their brotherhood.
