In a recent interview with Justin Barrasso from Sports Illustrated, Jordynne discussed both the Slammiversary PPV and her Knockouts Title defense against Ash By Elegance.

Here’s what Grace had to say about Slammiversary:

“It’s our first time back in Montreal in over a decade, and we’re closing on a sellout of around four-thousand people.”

“The surprises are going to be even bigger than people realize,” said Grace. “TNA and NXT do surprises better than any other promotion. I don’t think anyone can argue that.”

This is very interesting. Recently, Jordynne Grace had appeared and wrestled on WWE NXT programming. Other members of both companies have come through the Prohibited Portal, including Tatum o Paxley and Izzi Dame answering Jordynne Grace Open Challenges trying to dethrone Grace of the TNA Knockouts World Title.

Who could be showing up at Slammiversary? The opportunities are endless with their standing relationship with WWE.

Former multiple time World and X Division champion and current WWE star AJ Styles would be a very cool option. AJ has good history with the company and recently went to Pro Wrestling NOAH to battle Naomichi Marufuji.
