Moose believes in Joe Hendry.
Joe Hendry has been in a massive boom era for both his character, his music, and his future in pro wrestling. So much that the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Moose, has had a lot of good things to say about his rival in the squared circle.
Moose spoke with WhatCulture where he was asked about Hendry, he would go on to praise him and even say that Hendry is on the cusp of becoming the next John Cena.
“Yeah, I believe in Joe Hendry. I think Joe Hendry is on the cusp of being the next John Cena,” Moose said. “I know he has worked his ass off. His story and his journey show you that hard work pays off. A lot of people don’t know the work that Joe Hendry put in, and all the questions he asked, him cornering some of the older guys in the locker room, asking them questions on how to be better and how to get better. I’m just happy that all those questions, all that hard work, and everything he’s done to get to the position he’s in is actually paying off.”
Hendry would go on to eliminate Moose in the six-man elimination match at TNA Slammiversary where the winner of the match would be Nic Nemeth to become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
