On August 2nd, 2024 AEW aired the 156th episode of Rampage live in Greenville, South Carolina inside Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
Wheeler Yuta vs. The Butcher
The Butcher offers his hand to Wheeler Yuta but Yuta opts not to shake it and they lock up.
They take turns wearing one another down with submission holds and exchange strikes before Yuta wears down Butcher with a submission and rolls him up.
Butcher kicks out and runs over Yuta with a shoulder tackle but Yuta fires off strikes on him.
Butcher then connects with a 2nd shoulder tackle and hits a splash to Yuta in the corner then goes for a pin but Yuta kicks out.
Yuta fires off strikes on Butcher but Butcher catches him with a back body drop and a stomp on his chest.
Yuta then hits a tope suicida to Butcher on the outside then they end up back inside the ring and Butcher hits a backbreaker to Yuta back inside the ring as we go to a break.
After the break Butcher & Yuta teeter on the ropes. Yuta sends Butcher crashing off them and hits a crossbody to him before he connects with a German suplex and stomps on his tricep.
He locks in a submission hold, but Butcher escapes and lands a backbreaker then follows it up with a powerbomb and goes for a pin but Yuta kicks out.
Butcher rains down right hands on Yuta’s spine but Yuta bites his neck and fires off Hammer & Anvil elbows on him then locks in a submission hold on Butcher & Butcher taps out.
Winner By Submission: Wheeler Yuta
Brian Cage vs. Manny Lo
Brian Cage runs over Manny Lo with a shoulder tackle then charges at him but Lo lands a kick on his arm.
Cage responds with a belly 2 belly suplex and flexes his biceps then hits Weapon X for the win.
Winner: Brian Cage
-After the break we head over and see a backstage confrontation between Kyle Fletcher & Brian Cage.
Nyla Rose vs. Harley Cameron
Harley Cameron gets in Rose’s face then Rose pushes Cameron away but Cameron lands a couple of forearms on her. Rose stays standing, then connects with a shoulder block and a shoulder tackle.
Rose looks to land a splash in the corner but Cameron avoids it and hits a Scissor Kick to her from the apron as Rose is draped through the middle rope.
Rose dumps Cameron out of the ring and delivers a dropkick to her under the bottom rope.
Cameron then sends Rose crashing into the ring post and the barricade.
Cameron and Rose get back inside the ring and Cameron lands a kick on Rose’s spine.
She whips her into the corner and fires off a couple kicks on her then jams her boot into her throat.
After the break Cameron fires off knees on Rose’s face then fires off Hammer & Anvil elbows on her but Rose intercepts one and catches Cameron with a backbreaker when Cameron goes for a Tornado DDT.
She follows it up with a bodyslam and a leg drop then connects with a slam and sets up for a cannonball.
Cameron moves out of the way then hits a thrust kick and lands some offensive moves.
Rose then connects with Beast Bomb for the win.

Bryan Keith vs. Jackson Drake
Bryan Keith takes a shot at Jackson Drake then fires off right hands on his spine then rakes his eyes and lands a right hand on him.
Keith jams his boot into Drake’s throat and continues to rake his eyes then drags them across the top rope and sends him crashing into the top turnbuckle face first.
He drapes Drake off the top rope and hits a series of stomps to him before Big Bill rakes his eyes as Keith distracts the referee.
Keith hits a suplex to Drake and lands a boot on his face then bites his cheek and hits a Stunner out of the corner for the win.
Winner: Bryan Keith
Tag Team Match
MxM Collection (Mason Madden & Mansoor) vs. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen)
Mansoor hits a shoulder tackle to Isiah Kassidy and strikes a pose but Kassidy connects with a single leg dropkick and strikes a pose of his own.
Mason Madden tags in and dumps Kassidy into the corner then chases him back into the ring.
Marq Quen tags in and lands a dropkick on Madden & Kassidy uses him as a launch pad to hit a strike to Madden in the corner.
After the break Quen tags in and fires off forearms on Mansoor.
He connects with a shoulder tackle and a standing moonsault then hits a springboard moonsault and a pair of enzuigiris to Madden. Quen then hits an enzuigiri to Mansoor and tags in Kassidy.
Private Party double teams on Mansoor and goes for a pin but Madden breaks the fall.
Private Party double teams on Madden but MxM Collection hits a running kick/powerbomb combination to Kassidy. Mansoor goes for a pin but Quen breaks the fall.
Mansoor then lands a couple forearms on Kassidy but Kassidy responds with a springboard DDT to him and a dropkick to Madden.
He looks to land a tope suicida on Madden but Madden catches him with a sidewalk slam.
Quen flies off the top rope to take down Madden then gets Kassidy back in the rig and tags himself in.
He hits a bodyslam to Mansoor and ascends up the ropes but Madden catches him.
Mansoor lands a thrust kick on an interfering Kassidy before MxM Collection double team on Kassidy and send him crashing into the mat with their finisher for the win.
