Darby Allin Says He Would Love To Have A Full-Circle Moment By Teaming Up With Steve Borden
Darby Allin wants to be part of history.
When Sting first arrived in All Elite Wrestling, he picked Darby Allin as the man who was going to learn from the Icon. Fast forward to AEW Revolution this past year and the two entered Sting’s final match of his career where they fought the Young Bucks with some help from the sons of Sting, Garrett and Steven Borden.
In an interview with WFFA, Allin spoke about how he’s been helping Steven train to become a wrestler after he grew a spark for the squared circle following his appearance at Revolution. Allin also said that teaming up with Steven would be a full-circle moment that he would love to be part of.
“I would love to. It’s like a full circle moment. He didn’t have to team with Darby, but he wanted to. And then just to give his son what he gave me, that would be kind of a cool moment.”
Allin is scheduled to battle Jack Perry at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium for the TNT Championship where the stipulation of the match will be a Coffin Match.
