Dave Bautista: I’m Still Open To Being Inducted Into The WWE Hall of Fame, Eventually It Will Happen
The Animal knows he’ll be in the Hall of Fame one day.
When he was originally set to enter the Hall of Fame, Batista had to postpone the big event when COVID hit the world and everyone was stuck in the pandemic. Since then, a couple of moments to get inducted haven’t come to fruition, but the Animal knows he will be in it sooner rather than later.
“Eventually, I will. I want to, and there was a good opportunity for me to go in a couple years ago, and I agreed to do it. Hunter asked me to do it, and I said, ‘Yeah, of course.’ It was here in LA, and I thought it was perfect, it was storybook because I won my first title here in LA, and we couldn’t figure it out because I was working on a film. I was in South Africa, so logistically, we just couldn’t make it happen, but yeah, I’m still open to it, and one day, I would like to,” Batista said to Chris Van Vliet.
Batista’s last match of his career was a loss to his mentor, Triple H at the grandest stage of them all. The same event they first locked horns at in Los Angeles in 2005, WrestleMania.
