On September 13th, 2024 AEW aired the 162th episode of Rampage live in Lexington Kentucky inside Rupp Arena.
Note: This review is shorter then normal as its the last few mins of the match.
Trios Match
The Conglomeration (Kyle O’Reilly, Orange Cassidy & Mark Briscoe) vs. Dark Order (Alex Reynolds, John Silver & Evil Uno)
Mark Briscoe sets up a chair in the ring then uses it as a launching pad to fly over the top rope and level Evil Uno & Alex Reynolds.
Kyle O’Reilly lands a right hand on Reynolds & Orange Cassidy follows it up with Orange Punch.
Briscoe then lands Jay Driller for the win.
Winners: The Conglomeration
-We then head backstage to a verbal confrontation between Undisputed Kingdom, Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara over the ROH World Tag Team Titles. Undisputed Kingdom challenges Rhodes & Guevara to a Fight Without Honor for the ROH World Tag Team Titles on September 21st and Rhodes modifies the stipulation to a Bunkhouse Brawl.
Kamille vs. Robyn Renegade
Robyn Renegade hits Kamille with a crossbody off the ropes and goes for a pin.
Kamille kicks out and Renegade locks in a Sleeper but Kamille sends Renegade crashing into the corner spine first to break the hold.
She then hits a powerslam to Renegade and sends her crashing into the mat with The Truth for the win.
Winner: Kamille
-After the break we head over to a video of Christopher Daniels answering Jack Perry’s opening challenge for a TNT Title match tomorrow night on Collision.
Roderick Strong vs. Beef
Roderick Strong gets Beef on his shoulders but Beef escapes and lands a splash on him.
Matt Taven & Mike Bennett blindside Henry on the outside but Beef runs them both over with a clothesline. When he slides back in the ring Strong is waiting with a jumping knee for the win.
Winner: Roderick Strong
Tag Team Match
The Outcasts (Harley Cameron & Saraya) vs. The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle)
Harley Cameron levels Kay and looks to pin her but the referee informs her that Saraya is the legal competitor much to Cameron’s disappointment. Saraya then hits a cradle DDT to Allysin Kay for the win.
Winners: The Outcasts
-After the match Jamie Hayter marches down to the ring. Saraya slides to the outside and Hayter clocks Cameron back inside.
Konosuke Takeshita vs. Action Andretti
Action Andretti dropkick Konosuke Takeshita into the corner but Takeshita catches him with a Blue Thunder Bomb as Andretti flies off the ropes.
Takeshita ascends to the top rope but Andretti catches him with a hurricanrana and looks to fly.
Takeshita catches Andretti with a right hand then hits a jumping knee and a Michinoku Driver for the win.
Winner: Konosuke Takeshita
