On September 14th, 2024 NJPW aired the 5th night of Road To Destruction live in Hokkaido Japan inside Noboribetsu City General Gymnasium in front of 1,255 fans & can watch it on NJPW World.
Note: This review is shorter then usual as it be the last few mins of the match (expect for the Rumble)
Tag Team Match
NEVER Openweight 6 Man Tag Team Champion Toru Yano & Kazushi Sakuraba vs. Masatora Yasuda & Daiki Nagai
Kazushi Sakuraba starts this match against Daiki Nagai before Toru Yano & Masatora Yasuda traded blows. Yasuda stomped on Sakuraba and locks in a Boston Crab.
Sakuraba applied a Figure 4 and Yasuda taps out.
Winners: NEVER Openweight 6 Man Tag Team Champion Toru Yano & Kazushi Sakuraba (7:24)

Junior Heavyweight Champion Douki vs. 2024 G1 Climax Winner Zack Sabre Jr vs. Shota Umino vs. Francesco Akira vs. Jado vs. Katsuya Murashima vs. Kosei Fujita vs. Ryusuke Taguchi vs. Sanada vs. Sho vs. Shoma Kato vs. Taichi vs. Taka Michinoku vs. Takashi Iizuka vs. Takeya To vs. Tiger Mask IV vs. Tomoaki Honma vs. Tomoya vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru vs. Yuma 24
Katsuya Murashima was #1 & Shoma Kato is #2 kicks this match off before Yuma24 was #3.
Tomoaki Honma was #4 then Tiger Mask was #5 then Kosei Fujita was #6.
Murashima was tossed to be the 1st out as Jado was #7 & Ryusuke Taguchi was #8. Taguchi rolls up Kato to eliminated him.
Francesco Akira was #9 & he superkicks and eliminated Yuma24. Taka Michinoku was #10.
Tomoya was #11 & he immediately hit a delayed vertical suplex on Honma to show off his strength.
Tomoya & Fujita traded chops as Hiroyoshi Tenzan enter at #12 before Takashi Iizuka was #13.
He looped the whole building before finally getting into the ring. He has the oversized silver claw.
Akira was struck and fell to the floor and was eliminated as Iizuka struck Tenzan with the claw.
Michinoku jumped on Tenzan and pinned him then Taichi enters at #14.
Iizuka attacked one of the commentators at ringside but Taichi saved the guy and threw Iizuka back into the ring. Iizuka & Taichi were tossed. Yoshinobu Kanemaru was #15. Sho was #16.
Fujita got knocked to the floor and eliminated then Tiger Mask was tossed. Douki was #17.
He hits a springboard double back elbow as Douki & Kanemaru brawled on the apron and they both fell to the floor. Sanada was #18. Michinoku was rolled up and pinned as Sanada walked to the ring.
Sho grabbed his wrench and the ref tried to take it. Sanada tossed Sho.
Suddenly, we had just Jado, Honma, Sanada & Tomoya in the ring.
Shota Umino was #19 & he tossed Tomoya. Jado was eliminated too.
Zack Sabre Jr was #20 so our final 4 was ZSJ, Umino, Sanada & Honma.
ZSJ & Honma immediately traded forearm strikes before ZSJ tied up Honma & he taps out.
Umino, ZSJ & Sanada traded forearm strikes, and they began rolling up each other.
Sanada got pushed off the apron to the floor and was eliminated & ZSJ hits a Pele Kick to Umino’s shoulder then he drops him with a forearm. Umino hits Blaze Blade to the jaw for a near fall.
ZSJ applied an Octopus stretch before Umino knocks ZSJ off the apron to the floor to win the Rumble.
Winner: Shota Umino (34:41)

Bullet Club War Dogs (Strong Openweight Champion Gabe Kidd, Global Champion David Finlay & Gedo) vs. Chaos (Tomohiro Ishii, Yoshi Hashi & Hirooki Goto)
Hirooki Goto hits a neckbreaker over his knee for a near fall then a brainbuster for a near fall on Gabe Kidd.
Kidd hits a clothesline then his own brainbuster for a near fall. Kidd hits Leg Trap Style Piledriver to get the victory.
Winners: Bullet Club War Dogs (10:48)

United Empire (NEVER Openweight Champion Henare, Television Champion Jeff Cobb, KOPW 2024 Champion Great O Khan, Jakob Austin Young & Callum Newman) vs. Los Ingobernables De Japon (IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Tetsuya Naito, Hiromu Takahashi, Shingo Takagi, Yota Tsuji & Bushi)
Bushi enters and hits a basement dropkick on Henare’s knee. Callum Newman hits a sprinting Mafia Kick.
Naito hit an enzuigiri on Great O Khan. Bushi hits a Rewind Kick on Henare.
Henare locks in Ultima on Bushi & sat down on the mat and Bushi taps out.

Be Bop Tag Team (Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toru Yano) & Boltin Oleg (c) vs House Of Torture (Yujiro Takahashi, Dick Togo & Evil)
Evil & Dick Togo hits Magic Killer on Toru Yano then a cover but Hiroshi Tanahashi made the save.
Togo hit a Pedigree on Yano before Boltin Oleg hits Kamikaze on Togo.
Tanahashi hits High Fly Flow on Togo then Yano hits a standing powerbomb to Togo for the win.
Winners & Still NEVER Openweight 6 Man Tag Team Champions: Be Bop Tag Team & Boltin Oleg (16:51) (STILL CHAMPIONS!!!!)
