Braun Strowman Suffered Torn Groin During Last Monster Standing Match Against Bronson Reed

Braun Strowman could miss an extended period out of the ring.

On the September 30 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, in the main event it was a Last Monster Standing match between Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed who took each other to hell and put everything on the line to walk away with the upper hand.

During the match, however, Strowman at one point suffered an injury which was apparently later revealed to be a torn groin which will result in the Monster Among Men being out of action for the next couple of months.

On an episode of WOL, Bryan Alvarez would claim his sources can confirm that the news is true and that Strowman will be out of action due to the terrible injury suffered in a brutal main event match with Reed.

“I did get it confirmed – if you watched the Raw show last night, the Last Monster Standing match. “They went to a commercial break, and they came back, and Braun Strowman got hit by Bronson Reed with a Samoan Drop. Braun Strowman grabbed his thigh/groin area, and then they were gonna do a spot where he knocked Bronson Reed off the apron through some chairs. “(Strowman) starts running, and I knew immediately, this guy’s hurt. He normally can’t run all that fast, but he couldn’t even walk the ropes – he was limping the ropes. “He knocks (Reed) off the apron and there was a long period where he just kind of laid there in the corner and the ref’s furiously communicating with the back. “He may have torn his groin is what it’s looking like. That’s certainly what they thought yesterday.” – Bryan Alvarez.

Strowman was able to pick up the win after the ring collapsed with some help from Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins who suffered a devastating attack over a month ago from Reed and now gets revenge on the Tsunami.
