Triple H: CM Punk And Drew McIntyre Proved To The World What The Hell In A Cell Is Supposed To Be

Triple H loved what he saw from the two bitter rivals at Bad Blood.

At WWE’s Bad Blood PLE, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre settled their beef once and for all inside the Hell in a Cell to open up the show in an all-time classic that’s being praised by wrestling fans all over the world.

When asked about the match, this is what Triple H had to say and praise about the work that Punk and McIntyre have put in for the last nine months to build and execute on this feud.

“Drew McIntyre and CM Punk put on a classic and a clinic and did it in a way of what that was supposed to be. It’s what Hell in a Cell is supposed to be. When you cannot take each other any further, when the point of conflict has gotten to where it has no place else to go, you put it in Hell in a Cell, and two guys finish it there. When I look at that match, that’s what they did. It wasn’t about jumping off something really high. It wasn’t about this crazy stuff. It was just about two guys with emotional hatred for each other that surpassed everything else we could do in this business. There was only one way to solve it and that was Hell in a Cell. They delivered a classic. An all-time classic,” said Triple H.

Punk would walk out with the big win, but many knew that both men would never forget the Hell they put each other through to settle the score once and for all.
