Juice Robinson: The One Place Where You Can Be A Lunatic Is In Pro Wrestling And That’s Why I Do It
Juice is always on the loose.
Alongside the Bang Bang Gang, Juice Robinson can be a demented heel or a lovable babyface, but most of the time, he is a lunatic inside the squared circle and gives it his all no matter who he’s stepping in the ring with.
While speaking with CBS Sports’ Shakiel Mahjouri (via Shak Wrestling), Robinson talked about how professional wrestling is the only place you can be that way and that’s why he is here in the first place.
“I kind of let it all hang out, try to not keep myself in any particular lane. I do feel, I think of doing something real crazy, but I keep it on the rails, and I believe that’s the fine line. I said a little earlier today that it feels like I’m hanging off the cliff of sanity by a thread. That is truly how I feel. That’s how I want to feel bell-to-bell because pro wrestling hurts. I’ve gotten beaten to hell for almost 20 years, so to not answer the bell and go become an absolute lunatic…the one place where you can be a lunatic is in pro wrestling. I love it, and that’s why I do it. I like to get crazy,” Robinson said.
Robinson put everything on the line when he fought ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, he even almost got hung with the noose until he was saved by the returning Jay White who took out Page. The two will collide at AEW WrestleDream in Tacoma, Washington.
