Independent Star Tragically Passes Away
Per PWInsider, Charles Perez, who was trained by WWE Hall of Famer Johnny Rodz, passes away on Wednesday night during a tour with Japan’s Kaiju Big Battel. The details surrounding his death are still unclear, but reports show that Perez performed for Kaiju Big Battel that evening and passed away shortly after his match.
Perez’s family is now looking for help to bring him back to the United States for funeral services. His sister, Ruth Perez, has set up a GoFundMe to assist with these efforts. Fans and those wishing to support the family can can do so here.
