Konnan: I Don’t Want AEW Shutting Down, I Want To See Them Be Better At Explaining Japanese And Mexican Wrestlers
Konnan says he is happy for AEW.
Konnan is very thrilled about All Elite Wrestling’s new multi-year deal where they will remain on TBS and TNT for the foreseeable future.
Konnan would go on to say on a recent episode of Keeping It 100 that he does not want to see AEW fail, he only wants to see them become better at explaining the Japanese and Mexican wrestlers to the fans and everyone watching.
“Congratulations on getting 3 more years. Obviously, that will never, ever be printed, [I] dare anyone to,” Konnan said. “We don’t want you to get canceled, we just want the show to get better by explaining who these Japanese and Mexican wrestlers are.”
AEW presented WrestleDream in Tacoma, Washington at the Tacoma Dome where Jon Moxley defeated Bryan Danielson to become the AEW World Champion in the main event for the fourth time in his career.
