WWE is getting Extreme!… No, not really.
WWE NXT To Run 2300 Arena?
WWE NXT has been on the road a lot more recently. From Chicago to St Louis for their first two debut episodes on the CW, then back to Orlando, could we see more NXT tapings outside of Florida? it seems so. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that WWE is looking to run the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and its believed to be for a taping of WWE NXT.
The 2300 Arena was made famous due to being the home of the original ECW. In fact, Several ECW stars have their names hung on banners from the ceiling of the building from the Hall Of Fame, and, there’s an ECW mural on the wall in the building. Since ECW went under, the likes of ROH, TNA, WrestleCon and several independent shows have worked in that building. Now, WWE NXT could be next up.
