Arn Anderson: I’m Very Appreciative That CM Punk Looks At The Business The Way That He Does

Arn Anderson loves what he sees from the wrestling vet.

On an episode of his podcast, ARN, the legendary Arn Anderson spoke about the time he spent as a guest at WWE’s Bad Blood PLE where CM Punk opened up the show against Drew McIntyre in a brutal Hell in a Cell match to determine the winner of the rubber match between the two rivals. This is what Arn had to say about his backstage talks with Punk who reached out for advice.

“The fact that he actually wanted our opinion of what we thought. For a guy in his position, that was very humbling,” Anderson said. “There’s much to learn about the generation before you. I know I learn something every day. So, the fact that he actually thought it had merit, it was very humbling. I’m very appreciative that he looks at the business the way that he does. Just pretty much the overall mentality of the company is just refreshing to see.”

Punk would go on to win the match and walk out as the victor of the feud between him and the Scottish Psychopath.
