Christy Hemme is back with TNA… But, in a new way.
New TNA Roles
Christy Hemme, former TNA and WWE talent, worked with TNA for years doing multiple jobs from backstage and announcing roles. Now, she’s back with the company in a behind the scenes role. But, she’s not the only one. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reports that Christy Hemme and Sami Callihan both have new roles with TNA in a behind the scenes capacity.
Sami Callihan recently noted that he’d be in TNA for the foreseeable future and that the two sides had come to an agreement. In addition to serving as an on-screen talent, Sami Callihan is working in the live events department. One source in TNA said that Callihan’s success promoting Pro Wrestling Revolver helped lead to that.
In addition, we’re told that TNA and WWE veteran Christy Hemme is back with the company as head of marketing. Hemme worked in creative with TNA in the past and has a number of strong connections to the company.
We’re told that talent were informed of the moves on October 22.
