GCW Presents: Josh Barnett’s BloodSport XII is set to take place Sunday, November 24th in Jersey City, New Jersey. The marquee match of the evening is Josh Barnett himself, against a protégé of sorts in MVP.

MVP, former WWE star who recently made his debut in AEW, isn’t just a wrestler. MVP is also a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Now, with the match made, MVP gave props to Josh for giving him some of his first lessons, now, it’s time to test himself.

The long history of training and friendship was explained and also revealed as the source of the challenge laid down between MVP and the Warmaster at Bloodsport XI.

Mutual respect and admiration was given, not freely, but earned through respecting the other's strength.
