On October 22nd, 2024 WWE aired the 756th episode of NXT live in Orlando Florida inside WWE Performance Center.
Note: This review is shorter then normal as it be the last few mins of the match.
Tag Team Match
Damage CTRL (Kairi Sane & Iyo Sky) vs. Meta 4 (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend)
Iyo Sky lands a pair of double knees on her in the corner then sets up for Over The Moonsault.
Jakara Jackson avoids it and runs the ropes as her & Lash Legend look to double team on her.
Piper Niven trips Jackson and Chelsea Green appears in the ring.
Green & Niven then go after Meta 4 & Damage CTRL to cause the double disqualification.
Winners: No One (No Contest)
-Karmen Petrovic, Brinley Reece & Sol Ruca were training in the locker room before Ashante Thee Adonis met with Petrovic. The interaction weirded out Ruca & Reece.
Jaida Parker vs. Tatum Paxley
Tatum Paxley sends Jaida Parker’s head bouncing off her knee then hits her with a pair of back elbows and an enzuigiri. Paxley pins Parker but Parker kicks out and pins her.
Paxley kicks out and Parker lands a pair of hip attacks for the win.
Winner: Jaida Parker
-After the match Lola Vice appears at ringside but officials keep her from brawling with Parker. On the other side of the ring Wendy Choo locks in a Sleeper on Paxley and puts her into a toy box.
-Lexis King confronted No Quarter Catch Crew to challenge Charlie Dempsey to a match for the Heritage Cup Title. Dempsey accepted but said that King would regret it.
-As Wendy Choo carried her container NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer & Axiom met with Cedric Alexander & Je’Von Evans where Frazer told Evans he would get better over time just not now. Evans took offense to this and slapped Frazer leading Wes Lee to tell him that some would come at him for being too successful.
-There was a vignette of Giulia & Stephanie Vaquer ahead of their match on Halloween Havoc against Cora Jade & Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez.
-After the break we head backstage and see that Adriana Rizzo has been attacked by someone unknown.
Luca Crusifino vs. Oba Femi
Oba Femi shoves Luca Crusifino before Crusifino responds with a dropkick but Femi wears him down with a submission hold and sends him crashing into the mat. He follows it up with a powerbomb for the win.
Winner: Oba Femi
-After the match Femi dumps Crusifino and Stacks out of the ring. He grabs a toolbox and a table from under the ring then sets up the table on one of the barricades. Tony D’Angelo attacks Femi from behind but Femi sends him crashing into the ring steps and sends Stacks crashing through the table he had set up. He clears the announce desk and grabs a ladder from under the ring then sets it up between the ring and the announce desk. He then sends Crusifino crashing through it.
-There was a video vignette for Delta & she will now be going in NXT under the name of Zaria.
-There was a vignette of Andre Chase & said there was no saving for Ridge Holland and who he was before promising to end Holland’s misery in an Ambulance Match.
-NXT Champion Trick Williams says he learned last week that Page isn’t All Ego but rather all desperate. Page says that could be true or he wanted everyone to think that was the case. He says that while Williams may think that Page is the guy who boasts all the time, an experienced in ring veteran or a father and husband. He says he often glosses over all the obstacles he faced throughout his career and says he never had the Performance Center or the resources that Williams has had.
-Williams says he gets where Page is coming from, but he has stories of his own. Page says Williams doesn’t get it then asks him if he’s ever been busted open or hit hard with a weapon and Williams reiterates that while he understands what Page is saying, he will experience those same things on Sunday at Halloween Havoc. Page says Williams is all flash and no confidence then says anything goes in a Devil’s Playground Match which only benefits him and not Williams.
-Williams questions why Page says that and Page says Williams looks immaculate but doesn’t have the devil inside him. He says Williams isn’t built for the Devil’s Playground but Williams says he’s been through a lot with Carmelo Hayes, Ilja Dragunov & Pete Dunne. Page says Hayes didn’t think about every single way that he could hurt him and on Sunday, he’ll see a version of himself that WWE fans and Williams hasn’t seen. Williams says Page has done a lot of talking, but has yet to pin him. He says Page is desperate and doing everything he can to stay close to the NXT Title. Page says for the first time in Williams’ career, someone will actually hurt Williams. Williams says he’s looking forward to it.
-Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez spoke backstage but Fatal Influence interrupted to say they would leave the remaining Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia to them. Women’s North American Champion Kelani Jordan interrupted to find out who her possible opponent on Halloween Havoc would be but Fatal Influence refused to answer.
Sol Ruca vs. Karmen Petrovic
Sol Ruca ascends to the top rope but Karmen Petrovic pulls her off.
Petrovic becomes distracted by Ashante Thee Adonis leaving the crowd with another woman opening the door for Ruca to land Sol Snatcher for the win.
Winner: Sol Ruca
-Nikkia Lyons spoke with Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe before Oba Femi gave Lyons her robe back after attacking Adrianna Rizzo backstage.
Tag Team Match
OTM (Bronco Nima & Lucien Price) vs. Hank Walker & Tank Ledger
Jaida Parker looks to clock Tank Ledger on the outside as the referee is distracted but Lola Vice appears out of nowhere and attacks her.
Bronco Nima runs the ropes but Cole Custer hits him with his helmet while the referee is distracted.
Hank Walker & Ledger then hits Collision Course to Nima for the win.
Winners: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger
-After she booked NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer & Axiom to face Je Von Evans & Cedric Alexander next week, Lexis King asked Ava if she could appoint a corner man for him but Ava said that it did not work like that.
-Sarah Schreiber interviewed Tony D’Angelo & he bowed to use every weapon in his sight to take out Oba Femi at Halloween Havoc.
Tag Team Match
Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Jacy Jayne) vs. Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia
Jazmyn Nyx hops up on the apron and distracts Giulia allowing Jacy Jayne to roll her up.
Kelani Jordan appears at ringside and pulls Nyx off the apron.
This opens the door for Giulia to land a headbutt on Jayne and tag in Stephanie Vaquer.
Vaquer then hits a Package Backbreaker to Jayne for the win.
Winners: Stephanie Vaquer & Giulia
-After the match Jordan holds up Giulia & Vaquer’s hands. Jayne the spins the wheel to reveal that a member of Fatal Influence will be challenging Jordan for her Women’s North American Title at Halloween Havoc in a Spinner’s Choice Match. Zaria then briefly appears on the ramp
