Damien Sandow (Aron Stevens): Dusty Rhodes Was Always There For Me, I Owe My Career To Him

Aron Stevens reflects on his growth around Dusty Rhodes.

During his time growing his skills in the developmental brand for the WWE, Damien Sandow (Now known as Aron Stevens) was able to learn from the best minds WWE had to offer, one of those important names for Stevens was Dusty Rhodes who he said came to bat for him all the time and Stevens owes his career to the late great legend.

“I had always known Dusty and Dusty had been a fan and supporter of mine. But to get to know Dusty a little better on that level, you know, he’s another one [where] when the going got tough … I will say this — every single time my ass was on the line, Dusty was there. Professionally, Dusty was always there for me. I owe my career to him,” said Stevens on Developmentally Speaking.

Stevens currently works within the National Wrestling Alliance in a managerial role for the promotion.
