Shelton Benjamin wants a shot at the Aerial Assasin soon.
Since debuting in AEW, Shelton Benjamin has already racked up two dominant wins over the likes of Lio Rush and Sammy Guevara. While reflecting on who he wants to face in the future, Benjamin named this former AEW International Champion as someone that excites him the most.
“For me, the name that excites me the most in AEW is Will Ospreay,” Benjamin said. “That is the one guy that I’m like ‘I want to know what we could do together,’ because I think it’s not even a win or loss thing, I just think my style versus his style would be very entertaining. So that’s the name that excites me out of anyone really in the industry right now.” Benjamin said on the Gabby AF podcast.
Benjamin is set to go one-on-one with Swerve Strickland on the Halloween Eve edition of AEW Dynamite.
