Booker T: The Motor City Machine Guys Have Been Around Long Enough To Understand What This Is All About

Booker T. talks about the debut of the Motor City Machine Guns.

On the 10/18 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, the Motor City Machine Guns made their official WWE debut when they defeated Los Garza and A-Town Down Under to earn a shot at the WWE Tag Team Titles if they are successful against DIY on the 10/25 edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

“Those guys deserve a shot to get a chance to work in the WWE, as far as have that perhaps WrestleMania moment, WrestleMania week. These guys, man, they’ve been putting in work. Are they a good tag team? Hell yeah, hell yeah they’re a good tag team. That loyalty, being able to invest in each other for all of these years, that says something in itself. Do they fit in with the guys in WWE right now? I think they fit in perfectly. Are they experienced enough to understand what this game’s all about? Yeah, they been around long enough to know that man, we’re not gonna be doing this forever, so let’s get as much out of it as we possibly can. I’m glad to see those guys get a shot in WWE and get a chance to have this run, I really, truly am happy for those guys,” Booker T said on his Hall of Fame podcast

MCMG has won Tag Team Championships everywhere they have stepped foot in, the only place that is left for them on their bucket list is the WWE and the ones holding it are The Bloodline and the Judgement Day.
