Tonight on SmackDown, Motor City Machine Guns defeated DIY to become the number one contenders for the WWE Tag Team Titles. Following the match, The Bloodline confronted the new contenders. Originally, it was believed that MCMG would get a tag title match next week, but, The Bloodline wanted to give them their shot tonight. Nick Aldis was against it, but Alex Shelley said they made a career out of being underdogs and they accept. The match was then on.
With Tama and Loa in the match, of course Solo and Jacob tried to get involved early. But, Jimmy Uso ran out and tried to stop them. When that failed, Roman Reigns came to aid and both Roman and Jimmy ran Solo and Fatu out of the building. Now, we have a fair two on two match.
Tama and Loa tried to cheat with steel chairs, but a dressed in all black Jey Uso put a stop to that and allowed MCMG to win! We have New WWE Tag Team Champions, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin defeat The Bloodline!
