Rey Mysterio: Dominik Mysterio Took His Own Path, I’m Very Understanding As Long As He Does Not Cross My Path Again

Rey Mysterio understands what Dirty Dom had to do.

In 2022 at Clash at the Castle, Dominik Mysterio shocked the world and his tag team partners when he turned his back on them, beating down Edge, and his father, the WWE Hall of Famer, Rey Mysterio who spoke with The Schmo and shared how he was proud of his son for what he had to do, but to not forget that it won’t ever happen again.

“The moment he turned on myself and Edge. It’s a moment I don’t like to go back and remember, but the fact that he did what he did, he decided to take his own path, which I’m very understanding about. At the end of the day, don’t cross my path once again because I will whoop his ass,” he said.

Since then, Dirty Dom has turned his back on Rhea Ripley and now aligned himself with Liv Morgan as part of the Judgement Day, consisting of Finn Balor, JD McDonough, and Carlito.
