Champions again!
Full Metal Mayhem
The main event of TNA Bound For Glory was a Full Metal Mayhem Match where The System’s Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards battled Matt and Jeff Hardy and Ace Austin and Chris Bey. Plus, to make things visually cooler, Jeff Hardy himself painted all the weapons and even the ring mat in his signature art style. Very colorful, very cool. But, all six men wasted no time getting extreme with tables, ladders and chairs all around the ring. Brian Myers was even sent into the crowd and put through a table by Ace Austin almost immediately.
As things broke down, chairs were dented, tables were smashed and ladders were climbed. Plus, of course, bodies were broken. The dangerous match type saw some insane action such as Matt Hardy and Chris Bey being hit with steel chairs and thrown off a ladder, Brian Myers spearing Chris Bey off the top of a ladder and even The System hitting Side Effects onto The Hardy’s through tables simultaneously.
In the end, after an absolute car wreck of a Full Metal Mayhem Match, The Hardy’s reign supreme as the grab the titles from high in the sky to become new TNA Tag Team Champions!
