Trick Williams appreciates the best in the world.
As the NXT Champion looks to put All Ego away at Halloween Havoc, Trick Williams is still learning and growing within NXT and the WWE. There, he has received the best advice for his career going forward from legends like Shawn Michaels, Terry Taylor, Booker T, and CM Punk who Williams says he has been helpful for everyone on the roster.
“Honestly, I’m going straight to Shawn at this point,” Trick said on the Happy Hour podcast when asked who he goes to for advice. “For where I want to be and where I see myself in my career, there are only a few people who are going to push me and give me the real like I really need to hear. That’s Shawn Michaels, Terry Taylor, Booker T, even CM Punk. CM Punk has been around a lot and he’s been very helpful for us. I would say those four guys.”
Williams will defend the NXT Championship against Ethan Page at Halloween Havoc in a Devil’s Playground Match.
