Tommy Dreamer: Eddie Kingston Would Be A Great Potential Savior For AEW To Go Against Jon Moxley
Tommy Dreamer fantasy books his way of handling Jon Moxley.
At AEW WrestleDream, Jon Moxley won the AEW World Championship for a record-setting fourth time in his career, however, this is just the beginning for Moxley and the Blackpool Combat Club who have retired Bryan Danielson, and don’t look like they are stopping anytime soon.
ECW legend Tommy Dreamer weighed in his thoughts on Busted Open Radio where he talked about who could be the saviors of All Elite Wrestling if the current roster needed for ammo.
“For where we’re at, Eddie Kingston is a great [potential savior],” Dreamer said. “Hopefully he could get back … Eddie Kingston is great if he’s able to go. Also, Sting. Sting can show back up, not be the wrestler, rally the troops and somebody is helping support them. Because I was thinking about using my examples before, Sting was part of two waves. He was part of fighting off The [Four] Horsemen. He was part of fighting off the nWo. He’s a major part of that. He could be like, ‘Guys, I’ve lived here before.'”
Kingston is not expected to return to action until April or May 2025 after suffering a leg and knee injury from a suplex off the apron onto the guard rail.
