WWE NXT Main Event
Axiom and Nathan Frazer defended their WWE NXT Tag Team Championships against Je’Von Evans and Cedric Alexander in the main event of tonights episode. It started off well for the champs, with Evans and Cedric also having a bit of success. Then the cracks started to show between Fraxiom once again. They argued in the corner, allowing Evans to take control and now the challengers started to roll.
Frazer and Axiom started to gain composure and fight back, leaving their issues in the dust. All four men were giving it their all with the gold on the line. Plus, as bouncy as ever, Je’Von was wow’ing the crowd with his insane athleticism. Sadly for him, it just wasn’t enough. Evans was distracted by Wes Lee who came down with a chair, causing Je’von to dive on him and brawl with Wes to the backstage area. With no partner, Cedric was hit by a Fraxiom double team allowing the champs to retain.
