Jeff Jarrett: There Was Definitely Discussions About Elias And I Feuding More In The WWE
Jeff Jarrett almost feuded with the Drifter.
In a feud that began at the 2019 Royal Rumble, Jeff Jarrett and Elias had a mini program where the two would face each other a few weeks later on an episode of Monday Night Raw. There were discussions with Michael Hayes and the WWE finding ways to continue the feud on WWE TV, but according to Jarrett himself, it was just a discussion and no real plans.
“Me and Elias had many discussions. There was definitely discussions, Michael Hayes at one time said, ‘Let’s take that out on live events.’ You know, there was. The creative team talked about it a couple of different ways. Yes, there was definitely discussion but it got no further than just discussion.” Jarrett said on the latest edition of My World.
Jarrett currently works for All Elite Wrestling where he is involved in a feud with the Blackpool Combat Club as the entire AEW roster looks to stop them from taking over AEW for their plans.
