Michael Chandler Shuts Down Rumors: I’ll See You There November 16th

UFC 309 on November 16, 2024 is headlined by Jon Jones vs. Stipe Miocic for the UFC Heavyweight Championship. But, the co-main event of the card is a fan-friendly rematch between Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira. Recently, rumors spread that Michale Chandler was injured and out of the bout, and UFC was scrambling to find a replacement. Even Dustin Poirier and Renato Moicano jumped on the rumors and wanted to hop in. But, don’t fear, Chandler says its fake news.
Michael Chandler took to his social media, posting a video to confirm he’s all good.
By the way, the entire MMA world right now, I am healthy, wealthy and wise. I’ve never missed weight, I’ve never pulled out of a fight, I work to damn hard to get injured or not show up for you guys. I’ll see you there November 16th, like always. The most reliable guy in the sport. God bless, see you at the top!
