Rob Van Dam On WWE ID: They Are Always Finding New Ways To Grow, WWE Is A Machine For It
Rob Van Dam opens up about the new WWE ID.
WWE has partnered with Reality of Wrestling, the Nightmare Factory, the Black and Brave Academy, Elite Pro Wrestling Training Center, and KnokX Pro Academy as affiliates in their new WWE ID program which is designed to help independent wrestlers find a pathway to a potential future with the WWE. Rob Van Dam recently commented on the announcement and talked positively about it.
“If WWE continues to do this and partners with, and therefore legitimizes certain organizations, it could be like the old territory days, where companies all over the country could be under the umbrella of WWE, and that would leave the others to then be outlaws. That’s what you used to call the ones that were not part of the big machine. It’d be interesting to see the history go back to where it came from, which happens a lot. So it looks pretty cool. WWE is on the grow, and you gotta have places to put that growing energy, and man, they’re just a machine for it. They’re always finding new ways to grow and to put their growth into,” he said.
RVD recently appeared on the November 6 edition of WWE NXT where he aided Je’Von Evans in a win over Wes Lee at the iconic ECW arena.
