Women’s Intercontinental Title
It was announced earlier today that the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament was kicking off on tonight’s edition of WWE RAW. The opening match is Dakota Kai vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Katana Chance.
The match kicked off hot with Katana Chance surprisingly getting in some offense and taking control in the early going headed into the first commercial break. As we returned though, it was Dakota taking the fight to Baszler.
All three women went back and forth in what was some fun action, with all three getting near falls that could’ve ended the match. But, in the end, Katana Chance landed a 450 on Shayna, which led Dakota Kai to take advantage and get the win.
Dakota Kai advances to the semi-finals.
