Dirty Dom vs. Gunther
Tonight on RAW, we saw several segments backstage involving Finn Balor and The Judgment Day. Finn said it was because of him that Gunther won at Survivor Series over Damien Priest, so he wants compensated. Finn approached Gunther backstage and asked for a match, but Gunther said no. Gunther then said that since Finn couldn’t beat Damien, but Dominik did, Dominik Mysterio could have a match tonight.
The match went down and Dominik showed fight against the World Heavyweight Champion. In fact, Dominik even had the upper hand and almost won when he low-blowed Gunther behind the referee’s back. Dom then hit the 619 for a near fall, but Gunther survived.
Gunther battled back and hit a nasty power-bomb for the win. Following the match, Finn Balor attacked Gunther and laid him out with 3 Coupe De Grace’s and told Dominick “that’s how it’s done.”
