Hologram’s Status
Hologram has been a fan favorite since his debut with the company, but the Luchador hasn’t been seen since defeating The Beast Mortos at AEW WrestleDream in an incredible match. But, there’s good reason for his absence.
Hologram is injured and Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp gave an update on the 25 year old’s status, pointing out that an ankle injury is what has kept Hologram on the shelf.
The 25-year old Hologram made an incredible impression with AEW fans, and won a two out of three falls match against The Beast Mortos at the AEW WrestleDream PPV. We’re told that he was to be a big factor in AEW’s new Mexican TV deal, but that will have to wait.
Hologram hasn’t been seen on AEW programming in nearly two months since the match, with AEW sources telling Fightful Select he’s been out of action with an injury. The belief within the company is that it was a serious ankle injury that had him sidelined. We don’t have a timetable on his return as of yet.
HarleyGram was on AEW TV this past weekend, but that was revealed to be Harley Cameron and not Hologram, for those confused.
